Strategic Dialogue Hypnotherapy is a question-led method of change work. Trance isn’t the treatment — it’s the byproduct of a conversation that finds the belief holding a pattern in place, and loosens it. This training teaches you to run that conversation.
Over three live online sessions, in a group capped at ten, you’ll learn:
- The Dialogue Arc — the shape every SDH session follows, and how to hold it.
- The question-led method itself: the right question, at the right moment, in the right silence.
- How to work with what the client brings, rather than steering them toward a script.
- The premise underneath it all — that people aren’t broken, they’re rehearsed — and how that changes the room.
It’s built for coaches and practitioners who already work with people, and want a method that does the deeper work without the theatre.

Foundation
The premise the whole method stands on: people aren't broken, they're rehearsed. How a problem is built โ the arch, the keystone belief that holds it up โ and why trance emerges as a byproduct of deep internal focus rather than something you induce.
Session Two ยท 10 October
Investigation
The core of SDH. The structured questioning process that finds the structure of the problem, not just the story โ including the distinction between motivational questions and therapeutic investigation questions, demonstrated live.
Session Three ยท 11 October
The Turn
When the keystone shifts, the arch collapses โ without force, without drama. Working the turn, letting the silence do its share, and integrating the method into your own practice from the first week after training.
